INFINITY PARANORMAL is dedicated to the help and support of people undergoing anomalous events that cannot be explained as normal occurrences. We operate as a community service organization and never charge for a paranormal investigation. Our integrity is high and promise complete confidentiality for our clients and private residential home or private business will never be displayed for public scrutiny without full written consent from our clients, as these types of investigations are both difficult and stressful for our clients, who simply have nowhere to turn for help. We do NOT and will never state that we are conducting a scientific investigation. We are not scientists and no one can use this method as the definition of scientific research is having a controlled environment and to be able to produce repeatable results by others. Since your investigation will never be reported online or elsewhere (without written consent) and since we cannot control spirits or the environment they exist in, please, be very wary of anyone making the statement, " We do scientific paranormal investigations". However, we do operate under strict investigative protocols to insure clients from your first point of contact to the conclusion of your paranormal case.
